Which shipping service provider will ship my order?
We ship all our orders with our shipping partner DHL to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Unfortunately, my order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives safely and well packaged. However, in rare cases, items may be damaged during transport. If this is the case, please contact us by email at info@hoopys.de and send us photos of the damage directly.

How can I redeem my voucher code?
Redeeming a voucher code is very easy. As soon as you have the desired items in your shopping cart, you will find a field for voucher codes. Simply enter your voucher code to activate your discount. The discount will then be automatically deducted from your total amount.
